This was our second time working with shamrock, we used them to repipe our entire house a few years ago and install all new plumbing fixtures including toilets. My A/C guys recommended Shamrock Plumbing for fixing a leaking water heater. Technician Carlos was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and arrived right on time. The installation of the new water heater process was fast, efficient and very neatly done. In addition to that I decided to replace the old water softener which was not working properly. Carlos explained the latest technology about it so I don’t hesitate to invest in it, because once you try whole house water softeners, you cannot be happy living without it. No more hard water, besides the pipes, tubs, toilets, sinks, trust me your skin and hair will appreciate it. Awesome company, costumer service and Technician. I’ll use them again!!

Ordered a new toilet from warehouse store after having 3 plumbers looked at the running toilet. James from Shamrock arrived with the new toilet and stated that I did not need a new toilet. It just needed a new seal. Problem fixed in 10 minutes. Shamrock rocks.

Chris called before he arrived in a timely manner. He worked diligently taking out old dishwasher and bringing in the new one. After many unsuccessful attempts, I was told the junction box needed to be moved so he could put the dishwasher all the way in. I was told I needed an electrician to move box before he could complete his job. I do not know any Electrician. Chris made several calls and gave me names of an Electrician. Had a leak behind the shower wall. Called Shamrock and Levi came first to assess the damage and provided couple options. He was able to shut the water off on the heater to stop the leak. He then suggested that I had another specialist to locate the exact location of the leak so that it would be more precise for him to cut the tiles. He came back a day later after the leak was located and replaced the pipe. He was professional, courteous and clean the area before he left. Good work and will ask Levi for any future work!

Update: 6/13: Just had Levi come out to auger a slow pipe. He was very professional, pleasant and cost conscious; he took the time to explain the options and his recommendations without pushing anything. Shamrock is my go-to company for plumbing.

It was super easy to make an appointment with Shamrock, and I had good communications the entire time. The office proactively called to tell me the repair tech was running a little behind and updated my arrival time, then called to tell me he was on his way.

When Justin arrived, he explained what would be done and what they'd replace my old faucet with if that was needed. It turned out the fix I needed was so small it did not warrant a charge!

I had Shamrock do an entire re-pipe of my house, as well as install a new water heater. Mark came out and did a quick walk through and got me an estimate that was well below another company I had out. He did not try and pressure me to do anything additional. The crew that came and did the re-pipe was fantastic. There were 4 guys. They were very friendly and professional. The work was done in a few hours. They cleaned up as best as they could before leaving. The gentleman who came out to do the drywall was very efficient. His work was also done quickly and other than some new paint, you would never know there were holes in the wall. The entire process was easy, and the staff were all wonderful. We had Helene hurricane damage to the master bathroom, the pipes were busted out, I was extremely lucky to have Howard J to be my plumber!
I've had 3 other plumbers, and they didn't know what to do other than destroy most of the drywall to reach the pips, but not with Shamrock plumbing. Howard J was very smart about the repairs, he opened a small hole and fixed all the pipes in a very short time, he is not your "everyday plumber", this plumber is one of a kind and I deal with contractors on a monthly basis. Ask for Howard J and you will not be disappointed! Absolutely recommended!

Had Shamrock do our recipe back in 2017. Had a few call backs but everything was taken care of. Due to that when I had a grease clog in the kitchen sink no questions who to call.

Let me tell you this was something I put off for a while, tried drano and to snake it myself. To no avail finally one day it completely clogged. Called up Shamrock and with in 30 minutes they were there.

Aaron Wagstaff came in and knocked it out. Got us back up and running. He double and triple checked to make sure it was fully flushed.

Had Shamrock re-install toilets after getting our floors redone - little confusion on the billing side but the office was able to fix it quickly, otherwise we've happy with how prompt they are, communication, and reinstalling our toilets. We've used them for a little over a year and I always recommend to anyone needing a good plumber.

Woke up this morning to a puddle in my front yard with a Hurricane about to make landfall in 36 hours. I called and they were amazing! Donald was here in under an hour and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and gave a fair quote for the work. He was done in under 2 hours and fixed everything beautifully. Will definitely be using them again.

I'm so glad we called Shamrock! The competing quote we got from a big chain was more than twice what they charged us repipe our house, and Shamrock includes the wall repairs, which their competitor didn't. They also didn't need to rip up our slab or floors the way the other guys wanted to - they were able to do it all through the walls and attic with pretty minimal destruction. They even covered all of our stuff up with plastic while they were cutting and swept up the dust when they were done - very tidy and respectful with good attention to detail. They got it all done in under a day, and we're relieved to have hot water and no leak again.

On a personal note, the employees were really nice to us and our kids, and they also seemed very friendly with each other, which was great to see. They were laughing and joking together cheerfully while they were fixing our pipes, and one plumber was mentoring another kindly at one point to show him a better way to do the work they were doing. They seemed like a great team. People who enjoy each other's company and find a way to make hard work fun usually do a better quality job, in my experience.

They also fixed the backwards temperature knob in our guest shower while they were in there, which has always been that way since we bought the place. Doing that little bit of extra work resolved something that's been a small ongoing annoyance in our lives for about a decade, and we're thankful. :)

Called for an estimate to get a smart shutoff valve installed. Price was very reasonable and the service was great. Got scheduled quickly and the work was excellent. I think Donald even left the area looking better than when he got there. Will definitely be my go to for any future plumbing needs.

They uninstalled our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher connection, and RO water filtration system and reinstalled it a few days later for our kitchen reno. We got 3 quotes and this company gave us true and reasonable price for the whole house re-piping. Don was very professional and detected the kitchen leak, removed the old problem pipe installed new completely to our satisfaction. He also was able to clear a stubborn clog. Very happy with the job and plan to call them if needed in the future. We also appreciate his cleanliness!

Stephanie was quick to provide information and set up an appointment for us, and Ralph the plumber was both kind, informative, and was able to not only quote up other repairs we wanted to ask about, but also complete on site.

He explained why they used certain product lines for best value to us as customers. An additional faucet leak fix and a spigot and water line repair were also done at the same time. Spigot in particular was good because of it being a commercial business, reinfoced pipes and a removable knob to keep water from being wasted or taken.

Urgently needed to repipe after another plumbing company’s hack job. Obtained various quotes. Mark came out, and took all my fears away, by stating that my home and walls would not be destroyed, and would not be a difficult job. I accepted his reasonably priced quote.

Shamrock was professional and reliable. They tackled a job that another "well known" company said they couldn't do. It was more like they just didn't want to do it.
Shamrock literally worked on the problem all day and brought in additional workers, including management to take care of my immediate problems.

I Had them come out and do a measurement review of a custom sink build. They verified the measurements and I called them back when the sink was ready to install. Shamrock Plumbing is a great company. When I bought my home and needed to repipe the main drain under my home to get rid of the cast iron, I called several companies. The owner of Shamrock came out to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very detailed in his explanations and suggested to start small and install a new clean out in order to be able to run a camera where it was otherwise impossible because of buildup in the old cast iron. Because of this, I was able to save time and money because we were able to identify that the scope of the project was much less than we expected. They are honest and ensure that they get the job done right and come back to fix it if something ever goes wrong.

We Used Shamrock Plumbing for a commercial bathroom repipe. We were very pleased with the results. Great customer service, on time , fair prices and a fast high quality job. We will use them again and would highly recommend !

I had a total house sewer backup. Called the number at 6pm and by 7pm Denton arrived in his service truck. He diagnosed the problem, finding the cleanout and proper method to access the clog. He cleared the clog, and then showed me the clear water draining through the clean-out access, and ran the router all the way through from the farthest toilet to the front of the house, then removed the router from the street so as to not dirty the house. He also diagnosed 3 other plumbing issues- crossed supply lines, a crack in a toilet and the water heater requiring replacement and was done and on his way by 10pm. Best plumbing service for nighttime emergencies by far.

I've used Shamrock for years and continue to go back to them whenever I have plumbing needs. They are fast, responsive, well priced, and courteous. I can't say enough! What an incredible service experience!! Yesterday we attempted to install a new faucet and in the process we broke the main cold water line. Water sprayed EVERYWHERE! We were able to shut off the water, but had a terrible time finding the right fitting and materials to fix the waterline ourselves. Finally at 6pm we called Shamrock completely overwhelmed with the situation. We got a call back in under 10 minutes and they attempted to walk me through what needed to be done and where I had gone wrong, and I explained that we were passed the point of being able to help ourselves. They then scheduled a technician to come out to see us THE SAME NIGHT. We ended up calling back as we have a young child that we had just put to bed and asked if they could come in the morning. Before 9am this morning the service manager Jason and Bart came out to the house and had the pipe fixed in no time. While waiting for the pipe to dry Jason and Bert took a look at the kitchen and the garage that had water get into it and gave direction and suggestions on how to handle how the water that had gotten out of hand. Jason also measured and problem solved another project that I wanted completed. They were very professional and knowledgeable!! I will never call or recommend another plumber other then them!! Shamrock did the repipe of my house here in Clermont. Let's start with the owner, Mark who came to my house and did the estimate. He explained to me what will gonna happen, the way to repipe the house and at the same time gave me a very reasonable estimate. He understood my situation of not having any hot water so he gave me a repipe schedule the soonest he got. A very nice guy .Plumbers came in and repipe my house for one day. I mean they did not leave my house until the job was done , tested and everything functioning. Again , another good people. I have to wait for the city inspector ( the only issue i got , which is of course not shamrock fault ) to come and inspect my house. As soon as it got inspected, drywall crew came in , put back all the cut drywall and textured everything before they left.

One most important thing is their customer service. I can not stress more how helphul , professional and understanding they are ( sorry , i forgot your name ladies ).

i have used Shamrock in the past, they replumbed my whole house aprox 10 years ago. they did an amazing job. I had to call them out Saturday and today. For 2 different reasons. And they were there on time and in and out quick and did an amazing job. I would recommended them to anyone.

I called Shamrock Plumbing based on a recommendation from our town message boards. I rang their number and the young woman who answered was very polite and professional. She set up an appointment for the next day and said the plumber would be out between noon - 4pm.

The plumber called at 12:45pm and said he would arrive in about 40 minutes. He was right on time and came to the door with a partner to do the work.

Long story short is that they corrected the errors I made in installing a new shower faucet cartridge, put everything together, tested to make sure it worked properly and then cleaned the area up. Both men were very friendly, professional and helpful. They were in and out of the house within a half hour and my shower works now with no leaks.

I would highly recommend Shamrock Plumbing and Drain Cleaning Inc. for your next plumbing need. They came out the next day and solved the problem with a smile. We will use them again. A++

House Re-Piping: I interviewed 5 companies and obtained 5 quotes. Shamrock was not the cheapest and was not the most expensive. I hired Shamrock for one reason and one reason only. Mark came to the house and told me exactly what would be done, how it would be done, where they would cut holes in the dry wall, and committed that his team would do exactly what he told me would be done. The other companies stated they would figure it out when they arrived at the house. I don't like winging major projects like this so that was not good enough for me. The re-piping team was comprised of 3 individuals. Two of them, Cody and Stan, were excellent. They were above and beyond excellent. They listened, they discussed, they paid attention to the details, and they came up with a plan that eliminated 4 of the originally planned holes cut in the drywall. They were neat, professional, courteous, and treated my home like it was their home. I was extremely impressed and grateful. I want to give a shout out and thank you too Cody and Stan for a job well done. You did excellent work.

The dry wall team which is subcontracted out did a good job. They were a 3-member team lead by an individual named Matt. Matt and a second individual did most of the work. I am not sure why the 3rd individual was part of the team because I did not see him do much but walk around and irritate my wife. The quality of setting the dry wall in place and texturing was excellent. My primary complaint with the dry wall team is that they worked fast. I think too fast which caused me more clean-up work than necessary. During the texturing they should have masked off, taped off, isolated the areas that did not need re-texturing. I noticed this and mentioned that I did not want adjacent walls or the ceiling to be sprayed because I would have to repaint them. They told me that what they were using was water soluble and that it would wipe clean, so I dismissed my concern. Well, it took me approximately 4 hours to clean that overspray off the walls and ceiling so I would not have to repaint them. The area of the walls that did need to be retextured look great. Now that those areas are repainted you would never know that holes were cut into them.

So, a big thank you to Shamrock, Mark the owner of the company, and Cody and Stan who made this experience a very good one and much better than I expected. I will be using Shamrock again for all my pluming needs.

Our technician was Levi. He was on time, quick and professional. We had a laundry list of minor plumbing issues with our 2 bathrooms. We gave him our list and he went to work. Hour and a half later he was finished.

I work from home and Levi had absolutely no disruption with my work other than to find out what was wrong and let me know when he'd finished. Can't beat that!

August 2021. Our experience with Shamrock Plumbing was an absolutely terrific one. We were forced to find a new insurance carrier for our home of 35 years. Our new carrier required us to replace the polybutylene pipes with a different material. Online research led us to Shamrock. First impressions are a critical factor in our decision making process. Their website is incredibly informative and very user friendly and the testimonials seemed genuine. So much so that we scheduled an appointment to get an estimate .
The owner of the company, Mark, came out and clearly explained the pros and cons of each of the types of material that were available. In response to my question, he said that almost all of his work crew members had been with the company for 5 years or more and a few 10 or more years. He further explained that he only hired employees who had a real passion for this type of work and were dedicated to exceeding the expectations of their customers. We certainly felt that way about the crew who came to repipe our home. Who knew people could get so excited about plumbing!!! Mark had pointed out a small plumbing issue when he came to give us an estimate. On the day of the repipe he showed up with a part to fix the problem and had one of the crew take care of it at no cost. The crew needed to remove a small section of drywall in the dining room and said that if at all possible they would try to peel back the wallpaper so it could be reattached once the drywall crew fixed the missing section. Against all odds they managed to do so and i was easily able to glue the wallpaper back up.
The drywall crew that they use came the next day were took just as much pride in their work as the other crew. Over the past 35 years we have had many crafts people do work of all types in our home - many of them excellent but the good folks at Shamrock have been the very best of all.

We had a fantastic experience with Shamrock Plumbing and their employee Chris. They were exceptionally professional and less expensive than another plumbing company who came to our house and said they couldn't do the job! I will definitely use them again.

I used Shamrock for a full house re-pipe and this was the only company to accommodate me with my renovation issues with my kitchen. Team was able to do re-pipe and install water heater within 8 hours. Shamrock came out pre re-pipe at no extra charge to help with a kitchen issue and (Jason) came out after my kitchen was completed to complete re-pipe in kitchen and connect all water lines. This will be my plumbing company from here on out.

Emergency call on a Saturday evening. Shamrock came highly recommended on our Community Page. They were responsive and very helpful. Price wise may have been slightly on high side but given how timely they were it was worth it. Also it was Saturday evening on Labor Day weekend. Would of dealt with a water leak for a couple days otherwise so certainly worth it. All friendly and knowledgeable. Will use again when we re-plumb house. RW was our plumber and was friendly and knowledgeable.

On Friday evening aroound 9 pm, one of our daughters called us in a panic because water was pouring through one of her vent ducts. I called Shamrock Plumbing right back and they thanked me for notifying them as a plumber was already en route to our area. Although we did not end up needing them after all, their service was efficient, friendly, and understanding and I would absolutely utilize their services in the future.

I found this plumber via BBB website with A+ rating. Quote was lower than other companies and included texture matching of drywall after permit was signed off by city. Complete re-pipe of entire home, replacing poly with pex. High quality hardware. Professional staff. Lead plumber extremely knowledgeable. Office staff friendly and responsive. Re-pipe was done in one day. On schedule and on time. We had to wait a while for the city inspector, but that is obviously not within control of the plumber. I've painted over the re-textured walls, and everything looks great. We are quite pleased. I recently had a local plumber replace my toilets. He actually mentioned that my re-pipe looked like a good quality job. I would personally recommend Shamrock to anyone looking for a whole house re-pipe.

I contacted Shamrock Plumbing recently to replace a faulty shutoff valve behind my toilet - they sent Roger out and, for a very reasonable price, he took care of it easily. I live in an older home and sometimes it is hard to find a plumber who is willing to work on the older pipes or find the appropriate fittings. Roger took a look and determined exactly what we needed, took the time to go back to his warehouse and get the right parts for us, and the repair looks great. I was getting absolutely ridiculous quotes from a highly rated company in the Longwood area. I found Shamrock, which was just as highly rated so I gave them a call. Mark came out, looked in every room and at every connection (unlike their competitors, who didn't look in every room but said because the house was big they had to charge $6700). Marks quote beat theirs by a mile. He stood there and answered all of our questions. It was a three week wait, and yes it is shocking to see all of those holes in the walls. But after the drywall crew left, I was equally amazed. I could barely tell where the holes were and it was as clean as it was before. There was a minor problem afterwards but it was addressed immediately.

We had a busted main water line in our yard that we needed fixed quickly! Shamrock came out the same day and gave us a quote for the job. The quote was reasonable and the technician (Donald) thoroughly explained the process. We agreed to go forward with Shamrock and we are so glad we did! Donald came out the next day and got the pipe reran. Due to extreme weather that day (a tropical storm) and Daylight savings Donald wasnt able to fully complete the project but came back out the next day to finish. We answered all our questions and kept us informed through the whole project. I also cannot say enough about Sharin who answered my first frantic call and walked me through the process from start to finish. We just had a toilet leaking from the bottom that wet our bath may overnight. The toilet was not overflowing just leaking. Shamrock Plumbing did our re-pipe 10 + years ago and it was great experience so I called them again. They had a plumber out the next day. I recognized him from the re-pipe from 10 years ago. He was very thorough professional and asked a lot of questions. He checked our septic system before doing any work. I can't imagine why anyone would use any other company for plumbing work.

Appointment was scheduled for 12-4. Only through calls that I placed was I told the tech was going to arrive closer to 5, but I would still receive a call when they were 30 minutes out. At 5:10, I called and left a message to find out where our tech was. He arrived at 5:11 with no call to let us know. Came in, took 10 minutes to fix problem. When told price, asked for taking off 10% because of timing inconvenience. He laughed and proceeded to run full amount. Communication was the biggest thing that was lacking here. This is 3rd time I've used them but will not again in the future. *** Received call from management to make every effort to fix the situation. Really appreciate the service from management. Unfortunate that it got to that point, but they did their best to remedy the situation.

After an in-slab pipe leak we decided to repipe whole house as our 25 year old copper pipes looked like something from the Titanic . Called Shamrock and they were able to squeeze me in 2 days later. Shamrock crew showed up on time and worked their butts off until 5pm when the water was turned back on. Next day the drywall crew showed up and patched up all the holes and matched the existing wall texture. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend it.

At first I thought their high rating was "fake news" but it is not. The technician worked around my change in schedule for starters. He then came to give me an estimate that I asked for on a water pressure booster -- which I knew would be expensive. He looked over the system and realized that adjustments could be made at the sink and shower to boost pressure without any add-ons . He could have likely put one over on me for hundreds, but didn't. However, what pushed me to choose them was because my next door neighbor told me that Shamrock did the full repipe for their house a couple years ago and also for my other neighbor on the other side, and they were all happy customers. Likewise, I am very pleased with everything from start to finish. I chose Shamrock Plumbing to replace a leaky 1970s whole house cut-off valve. They were highly recommended on our community facebook page for being responsive, punctual, and providing high quality repairs. I called their number and was asked a few basic questions regarding my repair and was given an appointment. Levi, our service technician called prior to the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable; I have some plumbing experience and had done my homework regarding this type of repair and I give him high marks. Shamrock Plumbing was great! The cable company hit our sewer line and caused major damage to our home. Shamrock was able to come out after hours and help fix the blockage and also assess the damage. They also gave us mutilple photos and a video showing the cable compaines new cable going directly through our sewer line which was much needed when dealing with the cable compaines insurance company. I highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing and/or drainage needs.

Outstanding service and customer support from the initial call, to the service itself, to the follow-up call. I want to point out that the technician was very courteous and actually listened to us! And his craft skills were amazing. Our AC condensation PVC drain was cracked in such a place that the whole system needed to be replaced. I've never seen any technician move with such speed and accuracy. It was actually quite cool to watch! Contacted Shamrock for service on our tankless water heater. They were able to send technician, Sean, the next day. Sean identified the part which needed to be replaced. The part had to be ordered, so Sean found a setting to change so water would not continue to leak from the water heater. Sean was back on Friday to install the part, which he did quickly and neatly. Great service from the office and Sean!

I had a slow draining kitchen sink. Sean, the plumber, arrived timely, was polite and professional and cleared the drain. He also fixed an issue with my cold water faucet which was running slow.

We were referred to Shamrock Plumbing by a neighbor. Water was coming down from the ceiling and the wall behind it was wet. I was happily surprised a technician was able to come out that same night. Levy was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He repaired the leak in a short amount of time with minimum disruption to my home.

Mark came to fix a minor toilet issue and was so knowledgeable and helpful. I hired Shamrock plumbing to remove my septic tank and hook up to the city here in Orlando. It was a fairly extensive job and they did excellent work. I reached out to them after calling several other plumbers and septic companies, some of the other companies told me I would need a pump for my house. This is something I really didn't want due to maintenance issues. Shamrock came out and was the only company to actually take measurements and do the proper calculations, turns out we did not need a pump, it just made the plumber's job easier. Would highly recommend them.

I was recommended Shamrock through a friend/co-worker. My water heater wasn't efficiently producing hot water (even after I had adjusted the thermostat), so I asked Shamrock to come out to take a look at it. After Todd had looked at it and determined the external condition was still in good shape, we both agreed that he'd replace the heating coils instead of replacing the entire water heater.

After agreeing, I went back inside and heard a knock after a couple minutes later. Todd showed me that the thermostat was actually turned the incorrect direction. (I didn't realize on my model, the indicator needs to be turned to the left to generate warmer water. Not my finest moment...) We simply turned the knob the correct direction, listened for the coils to kick on, and agreed to wait and see if that did the trick. (spoiler: it did)

A less reputable company would have ignored this and still completed the work we had agreed on. Yes, it may have cost me just for someone to show me I was turning the dial in the incorrect direction, but I'd like to think I gained the knowledge of an honest business in case I ever need a plumber's help again.

I had my home repiped this company is awesome from the office staff to the workers best priced. The plumbers where awesome they explain everything to me when I had a question. and they didn’t fool around they got the job done fast. I highly recommend this company.

I called Shamrock, on a Sunday, because of a water leak at one of my rental homes. They called back within minutes and texted my info the the service tech. Donald called back and was on site in an hour. He made quick work of the problem and even fixed my renter's toilets filling/ flushing mechanism while he was there.

Recently had a pipe rupture while I was out of town. Found out Home Owner's Insurance doesn't cover piping so I was on my own to get it repaired. I called four companies and got quotes to have the entire house re-piped. When all was said and done I went with Shamrock Plumbing...and I'm glad I did! Not only were they professional and quick, but they were the only company that repaired textured surfaces on all the cut outs used to install the new piping...and all my walls have texture! If I ever need a plumber in the future for any job I'll be calling Shamrock!!

Not sure, where to start! The person that answered my phone call was super professional and pleasant to talk with, I wish I got her name. Additionally, we were set up with Donald who came out to help us with a thermal expansion valve leak. He was able to fix the issue promptly and educated me on the issue. Had this group come out to check the status of garbage disposal in second home. Office staff and technician (Todd) were extremely friendly and responsive to individual need. We recently purchased a home and it needed to have the rather large 75 gallon gas hot water tank replaced. We got quotes from a few plumbers and not only did Shamrock have nearly the best pricing but was the best in terms of response time, communication and professionalism. They emailed us the quote, we approved and they came out with the parts and did the work in a timely fashion. Just had Nick over from Shamrock Plumbing. Had a cold water valve break off from the water pipe and it flooded the whole house. Called before noon and Nick was out here within two hours. Changed the valves and used the correct glue for valve to pipe. Exceptional service and friendliness.

Great service and fair pricing! I called at 8:00 am for a water heater replacement and Nick was on site by 9:00 am and finished by noon. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He did an excellent job positioning the new piping and cleaning up afterwards. After discovering a pin hole leak in our copper pipe, we were advised to have the whole house re-piped. A friend told us we HAD to call Shamrock Plumbing, even if we only got a quote, but we HAD to call them! Mark came out to give us an estimate (lower than the others) and explained the whole process. I needed a home re-pipe. Shamrock was recommended by a friend who also re-piped a home and was pleased with their work. We had a leaky pipe that they temporarily patched and they worked with us to get our re-pipe done quickly and professionally. Their sheet rock team that came in to patch the holes was phenomenal. You can even tell there was work done on the walls. I would highly recommend them.

I have used this company twice. The plumbers are knowledgeable/friendly and the prices are reasonable. With that said the services were well worth it. The first time they were able to fix my leaking water heater and the second time identified a hidden leak coming from my upstairs bathroom without causing major damage to my home. They also provided a great referral to a company that was able to remedy the water/mold damage. The only thing preventing me from giving them a 5 is the experiences I've had with the office staff. They can be a bit hard to get a hold of at times and the team answering the phones could be friendlier and benefit a bit from some customer service training.

We went with Shamrock after calling a few other companies. They all bid higher, more days without water and one didn't even show up. One not only bid higher but said the fixture for my ice maker wasn't included!

Not only did Shamrock show the day after I called them, they completed my whole house repipe in less than one business day...I was out of running water from 9a-2:30p. Four guys showed up, were professional and courteous and I have no complaints. The office arranged everything, pulled the permits and followed up with a phone call after the inspection to make sure I was satisfied.

The plumber, Nick, was professional, punctual, and very good at communicating. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was on time. He was pleasant and explained all of his work in a way that made sense. He checked several times to ensure that he had sufficiently cleared the plumbing blockage before leaving. We had a whole house repipe done by Shamrock Plumbing. They were done in a few hours (5) I was impressed at the care they took to minimize the mess. It was a huge job that they made seem effortless. They also arranged for the plumbing inspector and the drywall repair team.

After a hot water slab leak flooded my garage, I had a choice of breaking a hole in the middle of my kitchen to repair the single leak or repipe my whole three bath house. The difference between the two was about $1,500, and the choice simple. My fear was not knowing how it could be done and how bad my house was going to be messed up by the repipe process. Shamrock responded to my request for a quote the same day and explained their process. Three working days later a permitted crew showed up at 9am and was gone by 3pm. Some dust and open holes in walls, but my house was cleaner when they left than before they started. The inspector came the next day, and the included Shamrock drywall repair crew the following. Painting was all I had to do cover any evidence work had been done. I am sure this major renovation to a house doesn't go as smoothly all the time, but it did for me. A truly professional group!

Had issues with a leaky water intake line to my fridge, as well as a broken shutoff valve. Nick called me to let me know he was on his way, and fixed the problem very quickly. He was super cool and I will definitely ask for him in the future when I need other services done at my house.

Just had Levi out to my house to redo the piping underneath my kitchen and half bath sinks. I had new sinks installed which required them to be connected and the kitchen piping outside of my wall needed to be completely reconfigured to accommodate my larger kitchen sink. We had an emergency septic backup in our home (sewage and water backing up into the shower) due to a clog somewhere in our pipes from the house to the street. We called Shamrock based on reviews from others via a closed FB group. Within about an hour from my wife calling, the technician/plumber (Donald) showed up and gave me a quick rundown of pricing and what he was doing after he assessed the problem. Within an hour of arriving, all was well and cleared out. He checked every single drain in the house and ran some water in each along with flushing all the different toilets to make sure the problem was gone. Excellent service and very quickly handled a problem that could have became much worse!

Shamrock Plumbing was a lifesaver on my major renovation project. They arrived on-time, was very professional, and did a great job install plumbing lines over a 19 foot ceiling that took several hours. In addition, Shamrock plumbing offers reasonable pricing for there expertise.

Had a mainline water pipe break and Shamrock plumbing did a great job at repairing it. I can't comment on how fast they can answer a call because I wasn't in an emergency situation and was fine to schedule the visit several days later. But I can say that Christian was very competent and friendly to work with.

They saved me money because I wasn't responsible for the problem. I wasn't aware that the mobile home park had to take care of it. I would have paid had they not told me up front. Thank you for the honesty and coming out so quickly.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's. After it was installed, the technician noticed a defect in the machine. I was something that I would not have seen.
The technician called Lowe's and got me another dishwasher installed a few days later.
If it were not for Shamrock's tech, I would have been stuck with a defective machine.

I can be the absolute worst customer in the world. I expect people to do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. We recently had Shamrock do a complete re-pipe of our home. The bid was competitive, the materials where top of the line, but what won the bid was Sherin’s knowledge and honest straightforward approach with solid information. I have a good friend who owns a building inspection company, he told me what to listen for and look for in anyone bidding on the re-pipe. Sherin was the only person to say and offer the exact information I was told to ask for. The crew was great, they did the job in one day as promised and cleaned up afterwards. The drywall crew was equally efficient. They followed up on all the little details quickly and without any drama. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional plumbing service at competitive prices. The inspector who came to complete the permit process told me he’s never run into a problem with Shamrock’s work. So there is that as well.

Shamrock has performed almost all our plumbing work -- four new toilets, hybrid water heater install, water conditioner install, faucet replacement, shower valve replacement, hidden leak diagnosis. Their plumbers -- Christian a couple of years ago, Levi just a couple of weeks ago -- work steady and professionally. Permits have always been pulled as required.

We know when we call Shamrock that the work will be done correctly and we will be charged a fair price.

I am new to the area, and needed a quality plumber, Shamrock Plumbing was recommended to me. They came quickly and DONALD the tech did a through inspection of my home. The same day he installed a new hot water heater, replaced old pipes, reworked the master sink pipes and diagnosed the master shower problem. In two visits he fixed all the above, and the master shower and found a pipe that had broken coming from the guest shower, luckily it was an easy fix for him but had to crawl under the house to get to it. I will never use anyone but Shamrock Plumbing.

Shamrock Plumbing is amazing! We did a whole house re-pipe with them. They came in and got it done very quickly leaving minimal holes. City inspection came in and was a breeze. The city inspector actually commented upon seeing that it was done by Shamrock and said "Oh Shamrock, they always do great work." When the city inspector was familiar with the quality, we knew we made the right choice.

The drywallers came out shortly after that and were in and out as well. They replaced the dry wall and matched the texture perfectly.

Just purchased my first home and had to dpo a full repipe due to poly pipes. Shamrock was fast, efficient, and effective. A crew came in and knocked out the whole houses repipe in a few hours, and the drywall crew was there the next morning to patch the holes. The actual plumbing crew that came on site was clean and professional, and cleaned up after themselves when done. highly recommended.

This place is great! James came out and told me the seal inside of my toilet went bad and it was actually cheaper to just buy a new toilet and install it than just get a new part installed! What company tells you the truth up front and then leaves and doesn't charge you???? WOW I went to Home Depot and picked up a new toilet myself and then called them back and James installed it for me. He is probably one of the best people I have ever had come work on my home, he was ON TIME very friendly and better yet actually spoke English which is huge here in Kissimmee as most people come to work stumble through their words and there is always communication issues. We had a great experience with Jason who came out and diagnosed our problem and fixed it. The problem was no simple leak. Fixing a leak required him yo work on pipes that were encased in solid concrete. He quickly assessed the situation and developed a solution, We were back to normal in no time...

I had a minor emergency which resulted in an unusable toilet--the only functioning one in the house. I was a little desperate, and I called Shamrock at about 7:30 AM to see if they could help me. The man who answered (I think it was the owner) said that they would be open in about a half-hour, and that they would get back to me then. I spoke with Valerie and was told that someone would get out to my place by noon at the latest. What actually happened is that they totally rearranged their schedule and came to me first. I was "up and running" by 1000! Valerie was very pleasant as was Nick, the plumber who came to my house and corrected my problem. I will definitely call Shamrock the next time I have need of a plumber.

We’ve used Shamrock to replace a water heater, garbage disposal and, most recently, a kitchen faucet. The plumber who replaced our faucet, James, did an outstanding job. He took the time to advise us to buy a quality faucet and let Shamrock do the install later as it would save us money rather than having a generic fixture be installed from their inventory. It was good advice and we are happy with the install.

Had a toilet replaced, the Tech (Nick) was excellent (professional, courteous, diligent). My only qualm was that Nick was not able to arrive at my home until 30 minutes prior to end of the "service window" (ie: service window was given as 0800-1200 hrs, Nick arrived at 1130 hrs and finished up around 1245 hrs). So he arrived "on-time" but right at hairy edge. Not his fault as dispatched to a more important call before mine, but he did his best to make-up for lateness with excellent service and demeanor. I will use Shamrock Plumbing, when needed, again.

Excellent communication and good work. Had 4 shiny new toilets I needed installed and was quoted a nice flat rate. No need for a guy to come out, charge me a trip fee first before taking the job. The original appointment time wasn't met because of an emergency on their side, but they called the day before to let me know and reschedule. Then, since the rescheduled date was on a weekend, for no extra charge, they sent 2 plumbers to my house to get the job done faster so my weekend wouldn't be wasted. This is how all contractors should do it. They are my goto for any future plumbing needs.

I had a house full of guests over the Martin Luther King holiday. A water leak in the tub/shower caused us to turn off water and call for repair. Shamrock came out within a couple of hours and checked it all, and we were back hosting a party with our guests in no time! Kudos to James!

Came out within the hour of calling to fix a hidden leak. Levi immediately found the leak by sound, and without much difficulty, cut a hole exactly where the leak was. Hair pin leak in an old copper pipe, smh. Replaced the pipe, and was out the door fast, no time at all.

We had a leak under the slab of our kitchen and had been dealing with our home warranty company for a week. They finally authorized us to call our own plumber and we reached out to Shamrock based on a recommendation from a neighbor. Shamrock was so easy to work with. They had great customer service and sent a plumber right out to help. James (the plumber) was on time and repaired the broken pipe in his first (and luckily, only) visit.

A big thank you to Shamrock Plumbing and Levi for solving our hard water issue. Levi did an excellent job of installing a Nuvo H2O water softener and filtration system at our new house. The system looks great and works awesome. In just one day we noticed a significant difference with how our water felt and tasted. Outstanding work Levi and Shamrock Plumbing!

I went with Shamrock Plumbing because of an experience I had with them years ago. I was a new homeowner, and during Christmas time I unknowingly unplugged my septic pump for outdoor decorations. When the tubs, and drains began backing up with sewage I was in a panic. I called Shamrock, they immediately sent out a plumber, who quickly figured out what I had done. He simply plugged it back in. Didn't charge me, and didn't take me for a costly ride, which he could have easily done considering my obvious lack of plumbing knowledge. So I vowed they would be my plumber when I really needed it as well.

Nearly a decade later, one of the bedrooms began to flood from a leak in the wall. I had forgotten about Shamrock and went with a different plumber that was referred to me by a property manager. They came out, replaced a nearby valve, called it "fixed", left a mess, and charged me. When I came home later that day the bedroom was still flooding. I was furious, and then I remembered Shamrock. I called them, they quickly came out, and pinpointed the actual cause of the flooding, which turned out to be a burst pipe under the concrete slab in the wall. Levi was my plumber, he arrived the next day jackhammered the concrete, fixed the pipe, and re-cemented in a matter of just a few hours. The price was fair and comparable to others. They suggested repiping the whole house because I have the notorious polybutylene pipes. I know they are right, and others have said the same, but I couldn't afford the whole house at this time. When the time does come, I will contact Shamrock once again.
